Wow. Today's call created such support for each team member. We went longer today because everyone needed extra support. This is one of the reasons that our accountability calls have been so vital to our foundation of each of our businesses. We did, however, agree that we will stay structured on our call from now on. It is easy during your report to begin discussing what you are experiencing. We decided that the first 5 minutes is strictly reporting:
Power up/power down
Todays accountability intentions
If we have something needing discussion or venting, we will report "I have a subject for discussion in the "6th minute". The "6th minute" is our code word for anyone who would like to stay on the call after Accountability Reporting for discussion. This way the call is always structured, begins on time and does not burden anyone. My gals gave me permission to share a little about what we discussed today:
Kristi- She is preparing to leave on the 23rd for Korea to coach her team in the World Championship and 2 other competitions. She has been talking to builders and selling like crazy. Both of her Premier legs are just under $1000 with kits for each on the horizon. She's a moover and a shaker! Stress level is high as she is housing a few team members before the trip, keeping her team in check and reaching doTERRA Premier. Please send her powerful energy, as she is just one 5'3" POWERHOUSE intending to create multiple ginormous results this month!
Morgot-Dealing with some serious health issues. However, still meeting people daily and in deliberate search for her builders. She is miracle minded and my "Never give up" leg. Her son is leaving on an LDS 2 year mission this month to England and that comes with all kinds of emotions and shifts. I ache for Margots success! This woman is unstoppable and when her results begin to reflect her potential, this world better watch out! We just need to make sure that her work is 100% result centered! That has been a huge learning curve for me. Learning where to put our energies when talking to others and making sales is definitely a science. Margot needs this prayer, "Please give Margo strength, give her health and give her comfort. Please allow her choice of such a beautiful attitude be reflected back to her by bringing those into her life who will provide everything she needs to be insanely successful in her intentions. Bring her strong, professional, result driven builders who will join in celebrating her life mission! Bless her heart to be full and energy to be high and her miracles to be plentiful. For, Margot is a believer!"
Brandy- Brandy has soooo many seeds planted! They are beginning to sprout! She takes the time to truly serve. She LOVES the oils and our team and refuses to be discouraged. I have seen many of her tears as she wants this so badly but has had many obstacles. She did not rank last month and I know that is painful for her--tho she insists on looking forward. She has a class tonight and is calling for 2 today. We will be going to Arizona the first week of next month for a class for her sister (who will not build but is willing to support Brandy). We are hoping to find some serious business leads there. Brandy has 7 children---3 are foster. This month the foster are transitioning back home. It is not a good situation and they are small---all under 8 years old. They all adore her, call her "mom" and love her as such. She is scared to death for what they are going home to. Their lives are literally at risk. She has written letters and gone to court and fought against them being a statistic, to no avail. Along with her heart ache, this also brings an added financial burden. Brandy needs doTERRA to work. Her husband leaves to Ghana on Thrusday---he leaves for business frequently and never knows how long he will be gone and weeks often lead to over a month so. This chick is a fighter! She blows me away with her attitude and strength. Her success is knocking at our door! She is soooo close! Please send her energy this month. Send her heart comfort and her intentions power to attract! I cannot wait to see her imprint on this world. She brings empathy, service and a smile straight from heaven to everyone she meets. Her builders are soooo lucky to learn from HER! I cannot wait to see who they are and how they show up! It's awesome to know it's will happen any minute!!! Good juju for tonights class!!!!
Eden-Well after starting yesterday with a towed car and a 100% sleepless night last night.....she is closing a Natural Solutions kit AS WE SPEAK! Baboosh!!! There is one reason this diva killed cancer.....because she does not QUIT! She texted this morning at 6:08am that she may not be on the call. She had been up all night, literally. "Even her Serenity didn't work". But sure enough, the conference line "dinged" and there she was! She left the call early to meet with her one on one. Wow. So, please send her some energy today. Like literally.....just send her ENERGY! ;) Kalli is going to San Antonio at the end of the month and Eden is trying to put together some people and potential builders to meet her. There is allot riding on this so I know she is really intending to recognize who to invite. She already won today's challenge for a diffuser necklace! Chugga chugga here we gooooo!
Do you see why I love them? Gold is coming, I mean my nails are a constant reminder! (and they are amazing, btw) but it's funny how little I think about "Gold". I just am so full of gratitude for this experience. We are still very far from Gold. And, I won't lie----I do have my moments of "holy crap where are the results", but then I quickly realign myself. My book is really helping me to stay focused on what is really important. Ohhhhh I want Gold! I want it for all of you and there is a financial need. But, I really want it for THEM! I want THEIR success. I want THEIR freedom! Freedom from whatever has kept them bound in their life to this point. Freedom to live their intentions. Freedom to truly inspire. Freedom to encompass total abundance. That is why I am driven. My "why" has expanded.
All I have to share is what I am experiencing. I know your experiences may be very different. However, I do believe we have common threads. Let them be that we remain in alignment with what is important. If we need to rapid rethink what is driving our team or not driving our team, then do it. When things are not progressing remember, "For things to change, I must change." I have definitely had to make some self improvements for this experience and I can see I have far to go! Let's see what today brings! Miracle minded baby!

So sorry....I will do better at posting daily!
Today's call: It is taking us a minute to get our sails up, but we are miracle minded! Our daily challenge was already met today by Margot! The challenge was to give out samples to 2 people and contact 2 new people about the business. Margot won a little wooden box with 3 5ml oils! The new challenge for today is to schedule 2 classes or one on ones! Kristi won a doTerra t shirt over the weekend! We absolutely have got to get some serious builders in place asap! It's the 13th!!!!!! But then again.....it's ONLY the 13th!
Today was our weekly team call----on Monday's we combine the daily check-in with the team call, so we plan on an hour. I could sense their hearts were in, but their energy was low. There was "hope" but not allot of "believing" going on! We discussed the importance of RAISING YOUR VIBRATION so that you are available to ATTRACT your miracles! We upgraded our declarations! Margo, in particular is doing what I do.....Writing them down and posting them around her house! She is turning her negative thoughts into a double declaration! Today, our main thought was, " We are running out of time. There is no way we can find our builders and volume." Our declaration is;
"THERE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO BECOME PREMIER AND I AM INSPIRED AND ATTRACTING THOSE WHO WANT TO WORK WITH ME AND WILL PROVIDE THE VOLUME NEEDED FOR OUR TEAM GOAL!" We are intending for large kits. We brainstormed ways to find people who need the oils in their lives and have the resources to invest in large kits. We came up with calling our warm markets and asking for referrals and being super open and paying attention to business who would benefit from carrying the oils. I challenged everyone to read at least one chapter in The Law of Divine Compensation. Also.....a challenge to declare out loud and using the space above your head to channel the positive energy of the universe into you! A little epic music would be great tooooooo! That's about it for today! Wish us luck! GREAT LUCK TO YOU!!!

MOVING FORWARD
I currently only have 1 Leader who has 1 active builder under her. So....we have a ton of work to do. Everyone must find their leaders this week. To help us with this, our call was planned to be longer today. We roll played on our call and it was super helpful. Our assignments for today are:
1. Make our list of 100 reasons why people will benefit from working with you (See MMM) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxRK7Pf9QxI&feature=youtu.be
2. Review original list of 100 people. Call everyone who stands out to you. Do the calls back to back so the fear goes away and you get better and better! They have Crucial Conversation emails that I created when I recruited them. They will use them for their potential builders. Post your email if you'd like a copy of them.
Every member of my team will text our group before they go to bed that they have:
1. Powered up/down
2. List of 100 reasons will benefit by working with us
3. How many calls they made and next contacts they set up

Can you believe it? We made SILVER! So, this is the month! This is when we put it all out there and give it everything to accomplish GOLD!
First of all, THANK YOU! EACH and EVERY one of you who have written me, prayed for my team, encouraged us, congratulated us and shared with us. Since we are here and ready to end this month with a BANG, I figured it would be helpful and (of course) fun to communicate here daily. Many of you have contacted me and asked what my team is doing and how we are planning and supporting eachother. I will post what we are doing here! Please comment and let me know if this is helping you and/or if you have anything to share with us that may help. If you don't comment, I won't know if this is useful for anyone and my other golden duties will take over. So, make some noise! I think our synergy will be very powerful and we need all of the power we can get to pull this off! To this point, some of my biggest take aways are:
FRIENDSHIPS- Friendship comes first! Above all, our relationships are #1. Error on the side of being a great person and put that relationship above your business at all times.
AVATAR: Avatars are vital. Upgrade them as necessary. I have found it useful to add:
*Someone who understands and holds accountability as a high priority
*Someone who has the resources to invest in doTERRA
*Someone who is Diamond bound
*They come to me
*They see doTERRA as a vehicle to their life mission and recognize it when I share it with them
*Someone who is already successful
*People person, honest, kind, God loving and enlightening to work with

WHERE IS THE PROBLEM?- When you are not seeing results, pinpoint the problem. Is it in the Connection, the Invitation, the Presentation or the Close? Once you know where you are loosing people, you can fix the problem. Be teachable and learn from those who are doing better than you are in the business!
ACCOUNTABILITY- This was the game changer for my team. We actually went Silver and Elite in 2 weeks! Mid month 3 of my legs were still at an OV only of their LRP. We began DAILY 10 min. accountability calls and evening accountability texts. These calls were short and to the point. Our motto was RESULTS and EXCUSES cannot exist in the same place, so which is it?! Did our day have results or excuses? On the call and text we reported to the following questions:
1. Did I Power Up and Power Down?
2. What are my intentions for today/Did I do what I said I was going to do today?
3. How many people will I contact/Did I contact?
4. How much energy (money) do I intend to create today/did I create today?
That's it. The call was 5-10 min tops. My upline joined on these calls and reinforced accountability! That was awesome. After everyone reported "yes" or "no" to the above questions, those who needed to go hung up---but we found that some would have questions or need support and we offered that for a few more minutes. It was an ABSOLUTE game changer. We are still holding these calls. I'm not sure if they will ever end, as we are all addicted. It truly keeps us all moving forward quickly and offers support to everyone no matter where they are in the game.
POWER UPS AND POWER DOWNS- Imperative. If you are watching MMM you know what these are. DO NOT MISS THEM. They place you in a space where you are open to inspiration and where you are aware in ways you otherwise would not be.

But, I know we can do this! I know we can develop teams with synergy and success. I am so excited about our mission and our futures! Today was a blurrrrr.... But I'm totally stoked! Finding the right builders is no joke! I have talked so much that my own voice annoys me! But, I LOVE these women! I LOVE that they have each told me that they have known that there was something important coming into their lives and they recognized this opportunity when it came to them. I am realizing how amazing it is to find the people who are ready and looking for a vehicle to share, to lead, to attract total abundance and to live a life where lifting and inspiring is in your daily experience! So, if you are finding it challenging to find your front line team....intend (pray:)) for those who and praying for it--for those who will recognize it! And remember timing is everything. Many seeds will be planted and grow in due time. Kalli calls it the law of the harvest. So, I think I have my 3! Kristi, Brandy and ............Margot! Yep! Margot is jumping! Still intending for #4, but I know she's on her way! Now it's time to get this crazy train on the tracks!!! See Ya tomorrow at 10:30am MST.

So, I can be real right?? I'm kind of freaking out. I haven't been able to make any real progress with my Gold Rush since Wednesday. I spoke at a retreat on Thursday for S.O.U.L. and it was an awesome experience. Friday was Noreen's funeral. I didn't know how that day would look. I came to understand what it means to "weep". Weeping comes from somewhere deep inside you. It pours out with no effort and your body experiences- feels- exists in loss. I have experienced death before; my grandparents and Pele's father. These deaths were sad and I definitely felt the sting of life passing by. But they were somewhat sweet, as these awesome people were released from pain and had lived long lives and passing away was a process. Noreen is just so sudden. This process is teaching me so much about some difficult but wonderful things you can learn when your heart is this close to heaven. But, it takes conscious effort to lift the heaviness I feel. I am just so grateful to know that she will be there to meet me someday when I get to fly!
Anyway, back to me freaking out! I just prayed that God would keep the energy of my Gold Rush going during these few days where I needed to pause. So, I'm trusting that my legs are being aligned and that we will be able to make our goals this month! We need to be Premier by May 1st! I talked to Margot tonight. She will let me know tomorrow. Brandy is ready to go and Kristi and I will review tomorrow. I am setting up 2 on line classes and will line up some serious classes the week after the wedding!!! If you are having a slow start....it's not too late! I still have yet to "sign" up a builder...We are going to see miracles! Three legs by Wednesday!!!! SIGNED LEGS!

Awesome mentoring session today with Kalli! When we were off the air, she looked at me and said, "You need to be PREMIER by the end of the month." Holy cow! Okay. That means Elite in 2 WEEKS! (and a wedding 2 weeks from today!) Breathe (oh, I have some of that;)) Anyway, so no excuses here! By Friday we will get the email template to you for new potential builders. Cross your fingers for my other two legs! Great conversation with Margot today. Margot is the single mother of 2 and in a wheelchair. Over the past several years she decided to live only for her children and somehow she lost herself. She WANTS this! She is READY for it and she will ROCK at it! However, she cannot afford a kit. I told her to write "$550 by Friday" on a piece of paper and stick it on her wall where she sees it constantly. I told her to put it out there for a miracle. Soooooooo anyone who wants to send some great energy Margot's way....I will love you forever!

My goal is to have my other two legs set and everyone enrolled by the weekend, as well as all of our homework! With the wedding---it's not just a normal wedding...It's a full on Polynesian luau...and we are doing all of the cooking and show for 800 guests. With shopping and dance practices, I'm not going to be able to do 4 in person classes. I have asked my upline to help me brainstorm some ways to do 2 of my classes on line and actually get people to show up. We will let you know what we come up with! If anyone has ideas, please let me know!
I know we are working like mad people, but we are moving towards AMAZING results! Hang in there and BUILD STRONG! I am sending out crazy amounts of positive energy to all of you!
