I am GOLD July 31, 2015!
I have the FAITH , SKILLS, TOOLS and a PLAN to get there and I am getting closer every day!"
Can you believe it?  We made SILVER!  So, this is the month!  This is when we put it all out there and give it everything to accomplish GOLD!

First of all, THANK YOU!  EACH and EVERY one of you who have written me, prayed for my team, encouraged us, congratulated us and shared with us.  Since we are here and ready to end this month with a BANG, I figured it would be helpful and (of course) fun to communicate here daily.  Many of you have contacted me and asked what my team is doing and how we are planning and supporting eachother. I will post what we are doing here!  Please comment and let me know if this is helping you and/or if you have anything to share with us that may help.  If you don't comment, I won't know if this is useful for anyone and my other golden duties will take over.  So, make some noise!  I think our synergy will be very powerful and we need all of the power we can get to pull this off!  To this point, some of my biggest take aways are:

FRIENDSHIPS- Friendship comes first!  Above all, our relationships are #1.  Error on the side of being a great person and put that relationship above your business at all times.

AVATAR:  Avatars are vital. Upgrade them as necessary.  I have found it useful to add:
*Someone who understands and holds accountability as a high priority
*Someone who has the resources to invest in doTERRA
*Someone who is Diamond bound
*They come to me
*They see doTERRA as a vehicle to their life mission and recognize it when I share it with them
*Someone who is already successful
*People person, honest, kind, God loving and enlightening to work with

WHERE IS THE PROBLEM?- When you are not seeing results, pinpoint the problem.  Is it in the Connection, the Invitation, the Presentation or the Close?  Once you know where you are loosing people, you can fix the problem.  Be teachable and learn from those who are doing better than you are in the business!

ACCOUNTABILITY- This was the game changer for my team.  We actually went Silver and Elite in 2 weeks!  Mid month 3 of my legs were still at an OV only of their LRP.  We began DAILY 10 min. accountability calls and evening accountability texts.  These calls were short and to the point.  Our motto was RESULTS and EXCUSES cannot exist in the same place, so which is it?!  Did our day have results or excuses?  On the call and text we reported to the following questions:
1. Did I Power Up and Power Down?
2. What are my intentions for today/Did I do what I said I was going to do today?
3.  How many people will I contact/Did I contact?
4. How much energy (money) do I intend to create today/did I create today?
That's it.  The call was 5-10 min tops.  My upline joined on these calls and reinforced accountability! That was awesome.  After everyone reported "yes" or "no" to the above questions, those who needed to go hung up---but we found that some would have questions or need support and we offered that for a few more minutes.  It was an ABSOLUTE game changer.  We are still holding these calls.  I'm not sure if they will ever end, as we are all addicted. It truly keeps us all moving forward quickly and offers support to everyone no matter where they are in the game.

POWER UPS AND POWER DOWNS- Imperative. If you are watching MMM you know what these are. DO NOT MISS THEM.  They place you in a space where you are open to inspiration and where you are aware in ways you otherwise would not be.

SHARED SUCCESS MANUAL- Do not reinvent the wheel.  Every single MMM, Kalli had it open on the table.  This manual is inspired and written by those who have already succeeded in a massive way.  USE IT! TRAIN WITH IT! REQUIRE IT! ;)

Whether you have started from the beginning with me or you are rebuilding a team or reigniting your leaders, there are advantages to each and challenges to each.  I am hearing so many experiences.  But, I know we can do this!  I know we can develop teams with synergy and success.  I am so excited about our mission and our futures!  I feel connected to each of you and I cannot wait to hug your faces some day!  xoxox
